VEGETARIAN COOKING - THIS SESSION : MUTTER PANEER (peas & cheese)
Paneer (Indian fresh cheese) is one of the gems that comes from leaning how to cook Indian styled food.
There is just something to be said for the light, fresh and oh so creamy taste of home made Paneer.
Mix it in with a healthy helping of peas, a fresh splash of tomatoes , your trusty Indian spices and some perfectly
cooked rice, and you’ve got yourself the making of a meal that everyone will be going for seconds on.
WORKSHOP IS LIMITED TO 8 PEOPLE.
WHAT TO BRING: A pen, journal, eating bowl & folk, water bottle and your appetite!

KIDS YOGA CAMP - aug 30th,31st & september 1st
WHY YOGA IS AWESOME FOR KIDS... 
*enhances physical and mental well-being by building inner and outer strength, endurance and flexibility
*nurtures virtues such as patience, kindness and empathy
*helps one develop self-esteem, self-expression and self-control
*encourages concentration, positive thinking and confidence
*calms emotions, releases anxiety and tension, and helps children relax
*increases balance, coordination and the ability to focus
GROUPS WILL BE MADE UP OF ONLY 6 TO 8 CHILDREN IN ORDER TO PROVIDE A PLAYFUL, INTERACTIVE AND IN-DEPTH EXPERIENCE.
3 - 6 YEAR OLDS: LITTLE BUDDHAS
Over the 3 days our Little Buddhas will explore their imaginations and increase their body awareness through play, yoga postures and art.
Using children’s literature we will be discovering the concept of feeling grounded and safe through our relationship and likeness to trees.
7 - 11 YEAR OLDS: JUMPING JYOTIS*
With the school year just around the corner, it’s time to gather our tools and explore being grounded, confident and strong, inside & out.
Through yoga postures and breathing techniques we will take a journey to find our inner light and through partner yoga we will dive into the jungle of co-operation and play.
*Jyoti means light.
WHAT TO BRING: A healthy nut-free snack, a water bottle, a hat, sunscreen and walking shoes.
LOCATION: Centre 64 - 64 Deer Park Ave, Dance Room/Cominco Gardens - Kimberley.
